Theresa Cotten has worked in my medical and surgical ear, nose and throat office for 19 years ... from the front part of the office to the financial aspect of the office checking out and handling all the medical billing. 

For many years, she managed the entire medical billing claims and process in our practice. She is highly experienced in reconciling insurance claims and patient payments, and in resolving all account disputes. She was able to uncover several CPT codes that we had not been using. The implantation of these codes brought additional revenue to the practice. In terms of medical billing, she has worked with great proficiency, providing the highest possible revenues.
